RULES FOR EVERYONE

• Setup at 1pm – 4:30pm.
• No driving on the property between 5pm and 9:30pm, or whenever they lift the barricades. This is a City requirement and 100% non-negotiable. You can be cited by law enforcement and we’ll ban you from participating in future Trails.
• Don’t roll in at 4:55pm needing to unload.
• Don’t leave you car in the street while you unload.
• No alcohol sales.
• Be professional and civil when speaking with staff and follow all directions.
• FFAT is on rain or shine unless we alert you to the contrary via text. Refunds are issued in the event of cancellation.
• Read all the rules.

RULES FOR FOOD TRUCKS

• Inspections / Permits are mandatory.
• Deal with your trash. Don’t leave it on the ground by the Dumpsters. Take it with you if they’re full.
• Don’t drain gray water into the gutter. Drain into a tank and dispose of it properly.
• Don’t fill generators while they’re running.
• If you continually flip our breakers, we might move you or ask you to shut down.
• No substituting, trading, swapping, or selling spaces.
• If you get shut down or run out of product, stay where you are until the barricades come up.
• Don’t park in someone else’s spot. If you don’t know, ask.
• Bring an extension cord, preferably a long one.
• Scout your space before you show up. You might need a long extension cord if you’re plugging in.
• No refunds. FFAT is on rain or shine.
• Don’t run a loud generator unless you’re in a Loud Generator space.
• 9:00pm: You must stop taking orders.
• 9:10pm: You must stop serving orders.
• 9:15pm: You must close your windows.

RULES FOR ART VENDORS

• Only set up in the Blue Area marked on the map.
• Don’t setup on sidewalks or sidewalk entries marked with the blue Handicap symbol on the map.
• Don’t setup in front of Live/Work Studios.
• Don’t setup in the gravel yard area by the stage.
• Look at the map. Setup in the blue areas.
• No cooking or preparing food or drink. Prepackaged sales only.
• 50% or more of your product has to be original.
• Keep the road clear.
• Don’t park in Food Truck spaces. You could be towed and you probably won’t be invited back. Someone paid a lot of money for that spot.
• Be professional and civil with LHUCA and CASP staff and follow directions if asked to shut down or move.
• Failure to follow these rules could either result in your booking being cancelled or your business not being welcome on future Trails.

How are selections made? Food trucks are selected based on a variety of factors, like power availability, size, product diversity, and other considerations we make. We make every attempt to offer spaces to new vendors as often as possible.

Are spaces assigned? Yes. If selected, you will receive an email with your assigned space and a payment link. You’ll have a set number of days to pay before your space goes to an alternate.

Can I cook food in the Art Vendor area? No. Please apply for a Food Truck space.

Are spaces assigned? No. Just find a space in the blue area of the map marked “Art Vendors” that doesn’t impede sidewalk or street traffic.

Is there power provided or are generators allowed? Battery banks are allowed. No loud generators of any kind are allowed.

What can I sell in the Art Vendor space? Anything you create. The total combined product you bring must be at least 50% original. This is a space for creators and artists, not resellers.
