Please note: This application does not guarantee you a space. It enters you into a drawing. If your application is selected, you will receive an invitation via email containing the space you’ve been placed in, its power requirements, and a payment link.

Please do not apply unless you have updated inspections and permits. The City of Lubbock will shut you down if you’re not inspected and permitted.

    Power & Space Needs

    How will you set up? *

    Your setup must fit in a 20' x 10' space. If you combine with another vendor, please do not take up more space than this.

    What do you plug into?*
    If you select either generator option, the system might place you in a plugin-only spot if one is available.

    What's your voltage requirement?*
    Please be sure you have a long extension cord. You may be placed in a space that is up to 100' from a receptacle.

    Please be sure about this. You may not have electricity on the Trail if you get this wrong.

    Permit

    The City requires current inspections and permits if you prepare food or drink on-site. If you are found to be operating without a current permit, you will not be allowed on future Trails at CASP. Please do not apply without a valid permit. Please plan ahead.

    You can get inspected and permitted every Tuesday at the Civic Center from 10am-12pm, where both the Health Department and the Fire Marshal's Office are present to conduct inspections. Or you can find more information about inspections and permits by contacting the Fire Marshal's office at 806-775-2646.
