Please read these rules. No more warnings, we’re spending too much time reminding Food Trucks of a few basic rules. This is your last chance to understand the rules, so please read.
- Do not show up late. Arrive no later than 4:30. If you’re caught driving on the property ONE MINUTE after 5:00, you will not be invited back. If you can’t be there that early please do not apply.
- Do not take orders past 9:00pm. Do not serve customers past 9:10pm. Close your windows at 9:15pm. Other Food Trucks are trying to leave when the barricades come up. If you have a line of people waiting, that’s a safety hazard.
- Do not drain gray water into the gutter. Bring a tank and empty it off-site.
- Do not leave trash on the ground by the Dumpsters. If they’re full, take your trash with you.
- Do not run a loud generator unless you’re in a space designated for loud generators.
Things you should do:
- Come prepared with a long extension cord. Some spaces are pretty far away from available power.
- Understand your Truck’s power requirements.
- Be courteous and cooperative with CASP & LHUCA staff.
